At this point it might be more obvious why Figure of Destiny was such a clear addition to the list

I should note that my honorable mention could easily be given to the old dual land Underground Sea

Four mana isnt a ton and makes this more efficient than most of the other tutors unless youre specifically looking for a 1- or 2-mana spell, and even then, its on par with Chord and Finale

Its a fine rate for the effect, but the addition of flashback makes this almost the reanimation equivalent to cards like Timeless Witness you can reanimate two things, or gain value from discarding or milling it
