Review Summary Pros Both decks offer something unique to gamers, with Ruby/Amethyst being better for beginners while Steel/Emerald is better for advanced players Cons Because both decks are good for one type of player, the inverse is true as a CON

It's not a good deck to play regularly, but if your playgroup is up for a meme game it's a fun one to bust out every once in a while

At the time we went to press, there were still unpreviewed new cards in these decks which are also in the main set, so not mentioning them isnt an oversight

A big old mood

Design-wise they're whimiscal, straight out of a children's storybook with a clam as the main part of the face and the 'mouth', with goggle-eyes and a humanoid body glued onto it
