The Sample Pikachu e-Card uses the same artwork and card structure as Expedition s Pikachu #124/165, with the only differences being the number (#016/092), the copyright changing from just Pokmon to Pokmon / Nintendo and the inclusion of a large bolded Sample text in place of Expedition s set symbol
