Loxi: I really like how this provides a nice use for Spawn/Scions outside of burning them for mana or using Overrun-esque effects to make them powerful

Siphon Insight is mostly just finebut I sniped a Force of Will off of UltraBudgetBrewsMTGs Mizzix of the Izmagnus deck in the middle of a counter war and I can never, ever go back

Its the only one I would play in Modern
