There are decks out there that simply have no hope of overcoming that amount of life gain, and Heroes' Reunion cast repeatedly can bury them

Usually those spells reanimate everything (which includes your opponents' dead creatures), which isn't always great for you

While its abilities arent super relevant to otters, or even creature type matters decks, its just that much extra insurance that your otters will hit the field

That said, Ive mostly seen it as a reanimation enabler more than anything else
