I think you could win, and many of these cards are cheap to acquire, so a budget deck here is pretty simple

But it wasnt really making sense with what the main set was trying to do, we couldnt quite get it in there

Add to that plenty of ways to put additional +1/+1 counters on it and many smaller synergies throughout the Standard format, and I expect Walking Ballista to be a Standard Staple from the start
