Pokemon cards are typically identified by typing in their name, number, and, if applicable, holo. For example: Blastoise 2/102 Holo. If you see a card without a fraction, its probably a promo card
However there are some other printing issues on these cards
With first-time foils, amazing new art, and alternate frames, its a collectors dream
If you're looking to play Kess Doomsday, I would highly recommend reading The EDH Doomsday Primer made by the Competitive EDH community, as they have done a far better job explaining how to build / play that deck than I ever could
Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer is so significant against these decks because they generally cannot interact with the monkey, which means it can start generating a lot of treasures and allows the fair deck to cast spells and progress the board while also holding up interaction like Counterspell or Archmages Charm for any potential broken plays
