That ability seems pretty situational, but might have some use with Song-focused decks
But despite the emphasis on spells costing four mana or more, I think that the most aggressive versions of UR are the most powerful ones, especially if youre not splashing in other colors
It will also have a collectors list of every card, with a box to check if you have the standard, foiled, or another version (for Enchanted or promo versions)
