Yes, in constructed it comes in too late in Modern, but we are talking Commander here

While I think the Wizards deck can win games, since it has a lot of powerful cards, it seems the least like a true deck and the most like a pile of good cards

Its limited since it doesnt find legends, but thats part of the fun
