She's fantastic as part of the 99 of multicolor Spellslinger as she's just a super-efficient flashback engine

Its flexible in a way that it can target enchantments or planeswalkers, and we already established that Red is pretty bad at killing those types
They could reprint these cards by creating similar but worse cards by slightly changing their mana cost, another stat, or type, but thats not the issue
