Their ability to produce mana should not be underestimated, as you dont normally get such a cheap Commander who can make so much mana (Rofellos is banned, after all)

These decks are not for the faint-hearted

Could it win you games from your Mystery Booster 2 draft, absolutely, but including it in other decks is more of a flavor choice

The two cards don't actually have anything to do with each other beyond sharing an artist, which I think makes the joke a bit more ridiculous
