This is a great time to pick up this card as it is played in numerous formats from Modern all the way to Commander
Surprisingly, this is the first time that the Kanto version of Moltres has gotten an alternative art card in any Pokmon TCG product
Previous editions centered around a similar endgame goal as Ruby/Sapphire: ramp into the late game, drop a Lucky Dime, and pick up lore value from Tamatoa So Shiny or Ariel Treasure Collector
Knowledge of common Magic card traits does come in handy here for making an early guess
Having transform/DFCs return was the best way to represent the final bosses (when was the last time FF had a single phase final boss?) and characters who changed
We can extrapolate this to say that in general, if smaller creatures are major threats, then more expensive removal is worse and that if smaller creatures are minor threats, then more expensive removal is better
