The solution is the Split and Conquer method
Costing two blue and two colorless mana, this blue sorcery takes advantage of Wilds of Eldraine's new Roles mechanic by letting players enchant their opponent's creatures effectively turning them into 1/1 creatures
Even drawing ten cards in a format that powerful is enough advantage to end the game, but Ad Nauseum decks are generally capable of drawing even more cards before they need to watch their life total
Changing the as-fan of rarities (that is, the count of each rarity of card you'd expect to see when you open a booster), introducing more variance in slots, adding in more "outside" cards, all impact how the set plays and thus requires us to change how we build the set
For now, the most obvious reason to grade this card is its bright pastel colors that create a layered scene of Misty, Lapras, and a serene ocean background
You'll be seeing it again soon
