If G'raha Tia and one or more other creatures and/or artifacts you control die at the same time, its last ability will trigger once (as long as it hasn't already triggered this turn)

It creates a creature for Indomitable Creativity to Polymorph into something much more powerful

Unfortunately, reliably getting a creature past your opponents defenses can be difficult, which is why this equipment isnt ranked any higher

How about discarding a land and drawing an extra card with The Gitrog Monster, or playing that land from your graveyard with Conduit of Worlds

Some of them act exclusively as payoffs or ways to improve your other payoffs

There's also the tiny problem of this costing seven mana, all of it colored, but the combination of both winning the long game and keeping you alive to see it makes seven feel cheap, and there's enough behind this card that there is no need to worry about following it up with another copy unless your opponent can fire one back at you
