Few cards even come close, but I think the Promised End comes closest when we are taking ease of casting (and using for things like Door to Nothingness) into account
Three mana is a good place to be for this kind of Planeswalker, but there are better three mana Planeswalkers to play these days

But its 'slashing' antics also help close out games faster in a way that doesn't feel like getting pummeled by pump spells and sac combos by turn two
