Ellie and Alan, Paleontologists is one of my favorite cards with discover because it has a repeatable effect that can be used multiple times a game and even on the same turn if you manage to untap it and have enough creatures in the graveyard

If they have a slow start, and most importantly don't have Be Prepared right at 7 ink, you can many times get far enough ahead that you can close the game out by sticking one or two characters later on
