This lethal combo meant that I was never able to target any of their Creatures, their life total directly, or even attack in combat - making my deck completely fall apart
The Sideboard It's easy to explain, even to someone unfamiliar with the game, that a Magic deck consists of 60 cards, with a limit of no more than four copies of any particular card (except for basic lands, of course)
Evaluating cards in this way can ultimately lead to bad choices when it comes to deck building
This lets them attack, block, and interact with creatures, and in most cases, is used to put a lot of pressure on your opponents
But with any kind of mana dorks (like Llanowar Elves) or lands that sacrifice themselves (like fetch lands), the cub quickly builds an overwhelming mana advantage
So even after the initial outlay, you're saving time and money very quickly
