There are three cake sponges to choose from and the outer cake is covered with a sugarpaste fondant icing. The vanilla sponge is a light and fluffy sponge with a vanilla filling cream and jam between the layers. The chocolate sponge comes with a chocolate flavoured filling cream and the red velvet sponge is a deep red in colour with a hint of a chocolate flavouring.
